You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You'll need your receipt or order number.

FREE return shipping

At Nembira, we cover the cost of return shipping. We'll send you instructions and a prepaid label so returning your item costs you nothing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll offer you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How to return an item

1. Email us at llancapanixdxd@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with instructions and your return label.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll approve your refund.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it is initiated within 24 hours. The funds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
